Renewal of Determination That A Public Health Emergency Exists

Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar has renewed the declaration of a Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19. It was initiated January 31, 2020 and was renewed effective April 21, 2020, October 23, 2020, and now on January 21, 2021.
