Delayed! E-Prescribing + Federal Medicare Requirements

The Federal law for E-Prescribing has been extended to January 1, 2022.

The SUPPORT Act, which will require the use of electronic prescribing for Medicare Part D Schedules II, III, and IV medications has formally delayed the start date from Jan 1, 2021 to Jan 1, 2022. Learn more about this ruling here (pg 18 of the PDF version).
