The Florida Psychiatric Society's leadership training program for psychiatric chief residents and chief fellows, RIPPLE, equips residents with tools and experiences to help them succeed in leadership positions.
RIPPLE, short for "Residents in Psychiatry Programs: Leadership Experience," is a certification program where our chief residents and chief fellows will learn how to be effective leaders through self-awareness and improved communication, as well as other skills critical to success and satisfaction as both a psychiatrist and a leader.
