Participation Requirements

• Must be a Chief Resident or a Chief Fellow
• Must be an active member of FPS
• Must belong to a residency program in the state of Florida

If you are an incoming Chief Resident or Chief Fellow in a Psychiatry residency program in the state of Florida, and you are not currently a member, we are happy to talk about opportunities for you to join our society.

Registration Fees

An initial registration fee of $100 per chief resident  If your program would like to send more than three chief residents, please email natalie@floridapsych.org to coordinate.

What’s Included-

• 16 total hours of learning and engagement across the full program
• Interactive small group exercises and modules throughout all sessions

The $100 registration fee covers:

• First In-Person Session (June 5th-6th at The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Singer Island)
  • Meals included
  • Advocacy training
  • RIPPLE breakout sessions
• Three Virtual Sessions

Final In-Person Session:

• Held in conjunction with the Spring Annual Meeting (April 2nd-4th, 2027 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld)
• Separate registration required (nominal fee applies)
  
  • The Annual Spring Meeting also includes an RFM Poster contest, CME, meals, and specialized events for RFMs outside of RIPPLE.

RIPPLE Program Activities

There are two in-person sessions and three virtual sessions included in this program which are all required to complete this program. 

The total program duration is 16 hours. Participants must have a device equipped with a camera and microphone, as video and audio capability are a prerequisite for participation. Attendance is required at all sessions.
