David A. Gross, MD, DLFAPA is a board-certified adult and adolescent psychiatrist in private practice in Delray Beach. He is a past president of the Florida Psychiatric Society and was instrumental in the development of the Life After Residency Committee, the Psychiatric Practice Committee and the addition of leadership development to the Nominating Committee.
Dr. Gross is Medical Director of the Center for the Treatment of Anxiety and Mood Disorders in Delray, a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and Cofounder of The Children’s Center for Psychiatry, Psychology and Related Services. Dr. Gross has been a proponent of a team approach and finds that in addition to providing excellent care it also serves as a source of continued learning and treatment support.
Dr. Gross has devoted his career to helping his patients understand the nature of their difficulties along with the rationale for treatment provided. Being a mental health educator for his patients has been a primary focus. Since finishing psychiatric training, he has maintained an identity as a mental health primary care provider to his patients since they are often in need of support and direction in their pursuit of general medical care as well as mental health treatment.

She is the President at Duval Family Health Center, a federally qualified healthcare center in Jacksonville, FL, and is responsible for a staff of over 90 employees.Dr. Bell enjoys teaching and has faculty roles with two psychiatry residencies and precepts medical students.She serves as Vice President of the Florida Psychiatric Society (FPS) and will be the incoming President-Elect for FPS.She is the Secretary for the American Association for Community Psychiatry.She serves on the Brooks College of Health Dean's Council at the University of North Florida. Jackie Hobbs, MD, DLFAPA

Dr. Jacqueline Hobbs graduated from the MD/PhD program at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed internship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and residency training at the Indiana University School of Medicine and University of Florida. She joined the faculty at the University of Florida in 2005, then served as the residency program director for 14 years. She was recruited to the University of Washington in Seattle, the largest psychiatry residency training program in the country, to be their program director in 2023. Dr. Hobbs is a past president of the Florida Psychiatric Society (FPS). For over a decade, she served as chair/co-chair of the FPS CME Committee. Her areas of clinical interest are inpatient psychiatry, reproductive mental health, quality improvement and patient safety. Graduate Medical Education and training the next generation of psychiatrists are major passions.

He is board-certified in Neurology, Psychiatry, Sleep Medicine, Brain Injury Medicine, Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry, and Neural Repair and Rehabilitation. A nationally recognized clinician and educator, Dr. Jaffee developed UF’s multidisciplinary brain injury clinic, integrating neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation, and neuropsychology to deliver patient-centered care. He also directs the Trauma, Concussion, & Sports Neuromedicine Program (TRACS), which focuses on neurologic trauma, concussion, and sports-related injuries.

Since Dr. Joseph M. Kaczmarczyk retired as the Vice Dean of the Osteopathic Medicine program on the Philadelphia campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in July 2022, he received two lifetime achievement awards.Dr. Kaczmarczyk was the very first osteopathic physician ever to receive the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) Lifetime Achievement Award to honor APGO leaders who have demonstrated consistency of work in furthering the goals of ob-gyn academic medicine, commitment to an academic career, and the importance of the awardee’s work to ob-gyn medical education.Additionally, Dr. Kaczmarczyk was awarded the Angela R. Kyte Outstanding Alumnus Award, given in honor of a lifetime of service to humanity and whose life exemplifies those qualities encouraged and fostered at Lycoming College.Culminating his academic career, he received Professor Emeritus from PCOM on May 23, 2024.
