The Omni ChampionsGate will be sold-out over our conference dates. We are anticipating Monday, March 30th to be a hard deadline without extensions. Please be sure to book your hotel room by March 30th. Please also note: the Omni requires a one-night’s non-refundable deposit upon booking. FPS is accepting Poster Abstracts for the 2026 John E. Adams Psychiatry RFM Poster Competition at the 2026 FPS Spring Meeting. The deadline to submit an abstract was Friday, February 6, 2026. Click HERE for more information.

Attendee Cancelation Policy:

Refunds must be requested in writing by emailing Tucker Adams (tucker@floridapsych.org). Refund requests received on or before April 10, 2026 will be refunded in full.  Cancelation requests received after April 10, 2026 will be subject to a processing fee of $75.

No Refunds if canceled after April 17, 2026.
